Event Information
This event is designed as a fun participation event to support pupils with physical or learning disabilities, vision impairments or hearing loss or any additional support need into swimming at beginner / novice level whilst gaining confidence in the water.
It provides opportunities to complete breadths of the pool and for swimmers who use woggles, armbands and other floatation aids to cross the pool. Pupils can also have support in the pool where needed. There are also events for swimmers who can complete 1 length with swimming aids too.
Please note, anyone who can already confidently swim 25m (one length) should be signposted to our other swimming galas throughout the year.
This is one of our favourite events of the year and I hope to see a large turnout as ever.
The closing date for entries is Wednesday 10 June.
