Kinross-shire Trishaws and Community Cycling SCIO

Kinross-shire Trishaws and Community Cycling

Kinross-shire Trishaws and Community Cycling is a charity that organises and delivers cycling based recreational activities on bicycles, tricycles and adapted bikes. They aim to improve the quality of life for local people of all ages and abilities - improving physical and mental health and general wellbeing.

Their all-ability cycling programs open up the joy of riding to everyone, regardless of physical or cognitive abilities. They're amazing for health getting people moving outdoors in the fresh air in the lovely local countryside, boosting mood and creating friendships. They have a brand new fleet of all ability bicycles, tricycles and adapted bikes for adults. The bikes are suitable for those that have disabilities or health conditions that make it difficult to cycle a standard bike. The adapted bikes enable those with balance and coordination issues, vision issues or mobility issues to enjoy and experience cycling, breaking down barriers and building confidence.
